Modern warfare meets American history in the patriotic production In God We Trust. The show follows the experiences of an American military unit as they get trapped by insurgents while serving along the Afghanistan/Pakistan border. Out of nowhere, a mysterious stranger enters the scene. The words he shares with the soldiers forever change their perspectives on their country, their lives, and God. Throughout the show, dynamic drama, music, and staging combine to create an unforgettable experience. Most importantly, In God We Trust serves as a reminder of America’s godly heritage. Attendees have said it was absolutely the best Independence Day production they had ever seen.

In God We Trust is family-friendly and free of charge. The show will take place during the week of the Summer Family Bible Conference in The Auditorium at Charis Bible College Woodland Park. In God We Trust begins at 6:00 p.m. on July 4, 2019, with doors opening at 4:30 p.m. Seating is general admission—first come, first serve. The show will be directed by Adam Stone, coordinator of Charis’s Creative Arts School, and will feature a live band and vocal ensemble. Performers will include Adam Stone, Charis students, and professional actors and musicians from Colorado Springs and Orlando.
