  1. Must be in agreement with the doctrinal statements of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College.
  2. Must have a background in events organising.
  3. Should have completed at least 1 year of Charis Bible College at a recognised campus.
  4. Must have good communication skills and work well with other people.

  1. To coordinate and oversee all events hosted by AWME, ensuring all preparations have been made for all aspects of the events.
  2. To assist all Charis Bible College UK locations in planning for and hosting events, providing support in any area necessary to ensure success in the event.

  1. Serve in the planning, execution and follow-up for all events for AWME and all Charis Bible College UK locations.
  2. Agree to and manage written budgets and timetables.
  3. Work with Marketing Coordinators to promote events for AWME and all Charis Bible College UK locations, providing specific details for all planned events.
  4. Adhere to all branding, policies and procedures provided by AWME & World Outreach for each event.
  5. Train all staff/volunteers involved in the event as required.

  1. Work with their line of accountability to plan and schedule events to advertise both AWME and all Charis Bible College UK locations.
    1. Establish a step by step breakdown of preparation for the event, and a checklist of items to be completed.
  2. Monitor statistics during the event, tracking the success of the initiatives employed.
    1. This is to include attendance, income, sales, etc.
  3. Provide a written breakdown of all statistics to their line of accountability, including tracked information, establishing benchmarks for future events.
  4. Ensure good financial stewardship when carrying out events.
  5. Provide details to Marketing Coordinators and work closely with them to advertise all upcoming events.
    1. They will ensure all standards established by AWME and World Outreach, in terms of branding, artwork, policies and procedures, are followed as much as possible.
  6. Work with local venues to plan usage of facilities outside of the ownership of AWME.
  7. Identify opportunities for events and produce detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets).
  8. Liaise with other departments to ascertain their precise event requirements.
  9. Ensure insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are adhered to.
  10. Coordinate venue management, caterers, stand designs, contractors, equipment hire and any other required element.
  11. Organise facilities for car parking, traffic control, security, first aid, hospitality and the media.
  12. Identify needs and make bookings of all contributors, e.g. preachers and worship leaders.
  13. Liaise with speakers, performers, venues and other suppliers so that all elements for an event are properly booked, organised and accounted for.
  14. Plan room layouts and the event programmes.
  15. Coordinate staffing requirements and staff briefings for events.
  16. Prepare delegate packs and relevant papers.
  17. Create event concepts, e.g. themes, message, purpose.
  18. Implement marketing campaigns working alongside various in-house departments as and when required.
  19. Coordinate contact with local media, generating media interest for local events and responding to media requests and monitor the progress of these as and when required.
  20. Report any initiative statuses to your line manager and team.
  21. Manage social media accounts as and when required.
  22. Maintain files and information for key suppliers such as contracts, solution description, active deals, regional contacts, agreements, marketing events, seminars, quotes, proposals and website content.
  23. Keep up to date with all ministry information.

The Events Coordinator will conduct themselves according to the guidelines of the ministry. They will be held to the standards outlined in the Staff Handbook. They will:
  • Maintain a professional relationship with each of their colleagues while operating within the scope of their positions.
  • Attend meetings, training programmes, presentations, conferences and social events on behalf of AWME as required and represent the Ministry in line with the vision and mission of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College.
  • Comply with all AWME Health & Safety procedures.
  • Comply with all AWME Data Protection procedures.
  • Adhere to the Statement of Faith, Statement of Godly Living and to the Ethos Statement of AWME/Charis.
  • Carry out any such additional duties as required by the company from time to time to meet the “business needs”.
The post-holder will work in a Christian environment and will handle Christian materials and products, therefore must be a committed Christian who is completely in sympathy with the calling and mission of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College. This post falls within the definition of an Occupational Requirement of the Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations. A Charis Bible College graduate is preferred.
