  4. To utilise initiatives provided by World Outreach to market and advertise AWME and all Charis Bible College UK locations, focusing on the medium of media in its multiple forms.

  1. Serve in the planning, execution, and follow-up of all marketing for AWME and all Charis Bible College UK locations.
  2. Work with their line of accountability to market AWME and all Charis Bible College UK locations.
  3. Coordinate all areas of marketing for AWME and all Charis Bible College UK locations, including media, advertising, publications, digital and events.

  2. Monitor results from various initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for future initiatives and changes that need to occur.
  3. Work with local agencies in the UK to promote AWME and all Charis Bible College UK locations.
  4. Ensure dates are reached as much as possible.
  5. Work with their line of accountability to measure the success of comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations programs that will effectively achieve the growth and goals of AWME and all Charis Bible College UK locations, and increase student enrolment.
  6. Work with their line of accountability to oversee the content and design of all AWME and all Charis Bible College UK locations’ print, web, and electronic promotional materials and content ensuring that brand guidelines are strictly adhered to, including but not limited to logo, colours, photos and verbiage.
  7. Coordinate direct marketing campaigns from planning to delivery and measurement of effectiveness, including creation and distribution, email campaigns, online and print advertising.
  8. Coordinate the production of advertising, marketing brochures, sales kits or other promotional materials as needed.
  9. Interface with internal and external customers along with marketing vendors.
  10. Assist with the execution of marketing programmes and promotions when required.
  11. Pull relevant information from past marketing projects to assist in making best marketing effort decisions.
  12. Coordinate the maintenance of files and information for key vendors such as contacts, solution description, active deals, regional contacts, agreements, marketing events, seminars, quotes, RFPs and website content.
  13. Coordinate contacts with local media, generating media interest for local events and responding to media requests.
  14. Track measurable results from campaigns and promotions, conduct marketing research in order to better understand how to effectively market to prospective students and customers.
  15. Other support and administrative activities as needed for marketing.
  16. Keep up-to-date with all Ministry information.
  17. Ensure all policies and procedures established by World Outreach are communicated and followed.

The Marketing Coordinator will conduct themselves according to the guidelines of the ministry. They will be held to the standards outlined in the employee “Code of Conduct” portion of the directives. They will:
  • Maintain a professional relationship with each of their colleagues while operating within the scope of their positions.
  • Attend Meetings, training programmes, presentations, conferences and social events on behalf of AWME as required and represent the ministry in line with the vision and mission of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College.
  • Comply with all AWME Health & Safety procedures.
  • Comply with all AWME Data Protection procedures.
  • Adhere to the statement of faith and to the ethos statement of AWME/Charis.
  • Carry out any such additional duties as required by the company from time to time to meet the “business needs”.
The post-holder will work in a Christian environment and will handle Christian materials and products, therefore must be a committed Christian who is completely in sympathy with the calling and mission of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College.   5. Must have excellent people skills to oversee people and provide an atmosphere of growth and development for staff and students.

  1. Direct all Charis UK enquiries to relevant Charis UK location.
  2. To promote and provide support for all Distance Education (eCharis and Correspondence) students within UK and Europe.
  3. This support includes communication, test tracking, ministry, and follow-up surveys.
  4. To coordinate the Charis UK Distance Education department with oversite of the day to day operations of the Charis UK Distance Education students and to provide support to students utilising both eCharis and Correspondence platforms.
  5. To provide oversight of all areas of promotion/recruitment and admissions of all UK Charis Bible College locations.

  1. Follow all the policies and procedures established by World Outreach.
  2. Promote the Charis UK eCharis and Correspondence course for those located in areas within UK and Europe where it would not be possible for people to come to a Charis campus.
  3. Communicate with all eCharis and Correspondence students on a regular and systematic basis.
  4. Track the progress of Distance Education students, maintaining statistics on each student.
  5. Liaise with the Operations Manager, Charis Directors and the Managing Director of AWME as necessary, keeping them appraised of eCharis and Correspondence activity, opportunities and statistics.

  1. Follow all policies and procedures established by World Outreach and communicated by their line of accountability.
  2. Work within AWME Marketing department to promote Charis UK eCharis and Correspondence courses.
  3. Filter all Charis UK enquiries to relevant Charis UK directors, ensuring smooth transition from initial contact to the ministry to student of a Charis location.
  4. Follow up on interest of Distance Education, ensuring smooth transition from initial contact to the ministry to student of eCharis or Correspondence course.
  5. Contact each ECharis and Correspondence course student on a consistent basis, keeping them appraised of their progress and next steps. 
  6. This is to include informing them of continuing onto second year courses.
  7. Consistently communicate with their line of accountability, keeping them informed of the progress of the Correspondence and eCharis programmes.
  8. Communicate with the Directors of the Charis Bible Colleges when necessary, informing them of the progress of the Correspondence programme and eCharis.
  9. Monitor and record ECharis and Correspondence student scores, updating the database with all changes, i.e. completing students, inactive students, etc.
  10. Mark and grade student test papers received through the post/delivered by hand and supervise tests processed using the online testing system.
  11. Prepare the marked and graded test papers, including encouraging messages, for posting back to the relevant student.
  12. Liaise with volunteers who will assist with the marking and grading of test papers, as well as encouraging students.
  13. Be the first point of call for ECharis and Correspondence course students where they have questions or require personal support, passing them on to line of authority, College Administrator, Student Services or the College Director as appropriate.
  14. Greet students when they attend college for sessions/guest speakers/conferences. Provide them with a Correspondence student lanyard (grey).
  15. Be willing to take time to listen, encourage and pray in agreement with the students.
  16. Liaise with Operations Manager on eCharis purchases and tracking of orders.
  17. Print off report on Correspondence course purchases over the previous week and be aware of new students; add all relevant information to the Distance Education database.
  18. Work with their line of accountability and the AWME Marketing Coordinator to agree marketing strategies within the Marketing Department and liaise all directors of Charis UK locations, updating on timing of promotions.
  19. Provide stats report, including the Active Campaign report, to the Marketing Manager and the AWME Managing Director on a monthly basis.
  20. Provide an annual report on yearly stats to the AWME Managing Director, Marketing Manager and all Charis Bible College UK locations’ directors.
  21. Fellowship and pray with ECharis and Correspondence students as appropriate.
  22. Answer student queries regarding tests, teaching, and finances.
  23. Keep accurate students records and maintain student database on personal details, grades, attendance, and mailing lists in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
  24. Assist Charis recruitment in AWME & Charis Walsall conferences and events.
  25. Assist in planning and preparing the graduation ceremony, ECharis and Correspondence certificates.
  26. Welcome and see to visitors enquiring about ECharis and Correspondence when required.
