The Greatest Of These Is Love: Faith can move mountains, hope rings eternal, and love never fails. But Jesus said that the greatest of the these is love.
You Can't Give What You Don't Have:
If you find it hard to love others, there's a reason. When you understand this, loving others becomes easy.
Could I Be The Problem? The source of the problem must first be diagnosed before a broken relationship can be restored. Begin by looking in the mirror.
If Not Me, Then Who? You may not be the source of the problem. If not, then there are only three other possibilities and God might be one of them.
Dealing With Offenses:
Offenses will certainly come in life. You can't avoid them, so learn to deal with them correctly. The Word gives clear direction.
Dealing With Offenses When All Else Fails:
There is a last resort when dealing with offenses. But it is not one that should be taken lightly.
Forgiveness, Isn't There A Limit? Have you ever heard anyone say, "If you only knew what they did, you couldn't forgive them either"? It's a good thing Jesus doesn't think like that, and you don't have to either.
Self-Centeredness
Proverbs 13:10 says that contentions or strife come only through pride. If pride is all about self, then we can prevent contentions and strife!
Jesus Is Our Example
Jesus, the Son of God, gave up His throne and willingly became the servant of all. Allowing Himself to be humiliated in every way by the very ones He came to set free. That's our example.
