Second Kings 4:1-7 recounts the story of a widow who came to the prophet Elisha with a need. Elisha pointed her back to God, and he asked her what she already had in her hand: just a little oil.

Elisha told her to pour the oil into other jars. God multiplied the oil as she took that step of faith to pour it out. God became her source. Instead of looking at what you don't have, look at what you do have that the Lord can multiply. Give, and get ready for increase with this teaching.
