We have a Volunteer opportunity in the Events Department at AWME to assist the Events Supervisor.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Online Research
  • Data Inputting
  • General Administration
  • Secure Quotes and provide reports to Events Supervisor
  • Assist with checklist of items to be completed prior to an event.
  • Collate statistics during event.
  • Liaise with other departments involved in the Event.
  • Assist with coordination of caterers, stand designs, contractors, equipment hire etc.
  • Assist with planning room layouts, set up and tear down.
  • Update and maintain key suppliers list.
  • Ensure that all insurance, legal and health and safety obligations are followed for all events.
  • Computer literate with skills across a range of IT packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Hours are Flexible - Minimum of 4 hours per week.

Graduate or current student at Charis Bible College and or Charis Director Training Program preferred.

We have a Volunteer opportunity in Charis Bible College UK to assist with Recruitment and Admissions.

Some of the key responsibilities and skills required for this role include:

  • Promoting & dealing with enquiries about Charis Bible College by phone, post, email and by receiving phone calls, opening, sorting, and responding to letters/emails & in person during events.
  • General Administration & Data Input of prospective student details onto in house system Active Campaign
  • Communicating with prospective students on a regular and systematic basis
  • Track the admissions progress of prospective students.
  • Collate and maintain prospective student number statistics.
  • Arrange and organise interviews for prospective students with the directors of the campus locations.
  • Computer literacy is required with skills across a range of IT packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Great verbal and written communication is required

 

Hours are Flexible - Minimum of 10 hours per week.

Graduate or current student at Charis Bible College and or Charis Director Training Program preferred.
