Andrew Wommack – Founder & Director

For more than four-and-a-half decades, Andrew has taught God’s Word with clarity and simplicity, emphasizing the unconditional love and grace of God. His vision is to spread the Gospel as far and deep as possible through his daily Gospel Truth television and radio programs, broadcast nationally and internationally.

Andrew founded Charis Bible College in 1994 and has established more than seventy Charis locations in major American cities and around the world. Much of his extensive library of materials is available, free of charge, at awme.net.

Billy Epperhart – Director

Billy Epperhart is devoted to investing in people and is passionate about guiding others into sustainable financial freedom. Along with teaching people how to reach financial independence, he loves empowering others to build their wealth so that they can have a city and nation impact for the Kingdom of God. Billy is the CEO of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College, which is home to over 800 employees. His two nonprofits, WealthBuilders and Tricord Global, help people make sense of making money for making a difference. Through microfinance loans, Tricord Global has helped over 10,000 clients globally. As a CEO and founder of his own real estate company, he owned and supervised a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio located in five different real estate markets. Billy is also a public speaker who has authored seven books. He enjoys fly-fishing and traveling around the world, and he and his wife Becky have two children and four grandsons. Billy is originally from Texas, but he now resides in Colorado where he earned his MBA at Colorado State University.

Mike Pickett – Director

Mike was a missionary in Russia for eleven years before meeting his wife, Carrie, and encountering Charis Bible College for the first time. After having his life transformed by the message of God’s love and Grace, Mike became an instructor in the school and eventually the director of Andrew Wommack Ministries of Russia. In 2015, Mike and his wife returned to the States, and Mike now serves as the Executive Vice President of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College. He is deeply honored to be part of a ministry that is so active in training and discipling nations. Mike and Carrie have two children, Elliana and Michael – their “missionaries in training.”

John Donnelly – Chairman and Director

John has served on Andrew and Jamie’s Board since 2007 and he and his wife Susan have been greatly blessed by the Ministry since the early 1990’s. John and Susan pastored Glen Aros church in Dumfries, Scotland, for almost 18 years before handing the church over in February 2023. Their travels in ministry now take them all over the world sharing and showing the love of Jesus to all they meet.

Paul spoke to the church in Corinth and said, ‘Even though you have ten thousand guardians in Christ, you do not have many fathers, for in Christ Jesus I became your father through the gospel.’ 1 Corinthians 4:15.

We thank God for the mentors and example Andrew and Jamie have been to us and our lives have been transformed by their ministry. This Ministry impacts the individual as well as the nations. God is raising them up for a time such as this, Amen.”

Klaus-Dieter Gruber – Director

Klaus served as Managing Director of Andrew Wommack Ministries – Europe located in Walsall, England, from January 2016 to September 2018. Klaus, together with his wife Ann, have graduated from Charis Bible College, in Walsall in 2013. After graduation, they returned to complete their third year of practical studies in Birkenfeld, Germany. In 2011, Klaus helped establish Andrew Wommack Ministries – Germany and has served on their Board since its inception. In addition to helping establish and teach at Charis Birkenfeld, Klaus has responsibilities in both the administrative and financial functions.

After a 41-year career in banking in Germany and England, Klaus brings with him considerable knowledge and leadership experience, along with a faithful servant heart and a love for people.

Ann continues to be involved with Charis Bible College by preparing and accompanying students on missions trips; They have three grown-up children and three grandchildren.

In October 2018 Klaus was appointed Regional Director for Andrew Wommack Ministry Offices in Europe.

Helen Beaumont – Managing Director and Company Secretary

Helen has served the ministry since 2007, starting initially in the Product Services Department. She has also served as an Assistant to the Managing Director, HR Manager, Senior Operations Manager and recently as a Deputy Director.

Helen brings with her a wealth of administrative and leadership skills. She has led a variety of teams in the ministry, overseeing the HR, Compliance, Marketing, Relations and Operations teams. She has seen the ministry grow and develop over the number of years, serving under 6 previous directors.

Helen was born and raised in Estonia, where she studied librarianship and worked in four different libraries, until the Lord called her to serve as a secretary in her local church in Tallinn. The next step on her journey of faith led her to pack her belongings on a word of God and relocate to the UK, where she miraculously ended up with Andrew Wommack Ministries – Europe.

Helen is a third-year graduate of Charis Bible College Walsall. She has also completed the Directors Training Programme.
