Sylvain had called for Prayer Ministry because she knew the family moving into the flat above her would be noisy. The Prayer Minister prayed with her that the people moving in would be quiet. She had called back to say that her prayers had been answered and the family that were about to move in had changed their mind for some reason and that nobody had moved in above her.
