For 3 years Mick and his wife have had issues with their accommodation. The owner wanted to sell and they either had to buy it from them or leave. They were given notice to leave and phoned the helpline periodically from October 2022. They wanted to remain as tenants in the house. The house was bought in February 2023 and they were able to remain in house as tenants.
