General Purpose

To provide help for all contacting AWME, providing general information, assistance for purchases, and prayer upon request.

Qualifications

  1. Must be a dedicated believer in agreement with the doctrinal statements of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College.
  2. Must have good communication skills and work well with other people.
  3. Should have completed at least one year of Charis Bible College at a recognised campus.

General Duties

  1. Receive phone calls from the public, and work to answer all requests, including general information and prayer requests.
  2. Complete all reporting established by World Outreach and Andrew Wommack Ministries in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Complete all departmental administrative duties as required.
  4. Ensure all policies and procedures established by World Outreach are followed.
  5. Ensure clarity in communication to their line of accountability.

Specific Duties

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for the public, answering any questions concerning the ministry, products, and providing prayer for all in need.
  2. Pray encouraging, Word-based prayers with customers in a manner that communicates warmth, empathy, enthusiasm and that inspires God-dependency.
  3. Ensure that all telephone communication is in line with the teaching of Andrew Wommack.
  4. Maintain a consistently high level of service, endeavouring to ensure that each caller has a positive experience of the ministry.
  5. Ensure all customer orders, donations and partnership payments are entered onto relevant systems, are checked and processed to a high standard.
  6. Submit reports on all communications with the public as directed by their line of accountability accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Respond to voice mails when necessary.
  8. Conduct outbound customer service calls as required.
  9. Reply to customers theological and situational questions as required.
  10. Handle and record information about all telephone calls taken.
  11. Assist in researching, drafting or abstracting reports or any other administrative tasks as required.
  12. Assist in preparing statistics to communicate the success of the department as required.
  13. Train and supervise new staff and volunteers when required.
  14. Keep up to date with all ministry information, including products, events, special offers etc.
  15. Ensure clear communication with their line of accountability.
  16. Operate by all policies and procedures established by World Outreach and Andrew Wommack Ministries - Europe.

Additional Requirements

1. The Phone Minister of Andrew Wommack Ministries - Europe will conduct themselves according to the guidelines of the ministry. They will be held to the standards outlined in the Staff Handbook. They will maintain a professional relationship with each of their colleagues, students, volunteers, and visitors while operating within the scope of their positions.

2. Attend meetings, training programmes, presentations, conferences and social events on behalf of Charis Bible College as required and represent the Ministry in line with the vision and mission of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College.

3. Comply with all AWME Health & Safety procedures.

4. Comply with all AWME Data Protection procedures.

5. Adhere to the Statement of Faith, Ethos Statement, and the Statement of Godly Living of AWME/Charis.

6. Carry out any such additional duties as required by the company from time to time to meet the “business needs”.

The post-holder will work in a Christian environment and will handle Christian materials and products, therefore must be a committed Christian who is completely in sympathy with the calling and mission of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College. This post falls within the definition of an Occupational Requirement of the Equality (Religion of Belief) Regulations.
